Savanna, OK - Wynema Lou (Fixico) Williams, age 86, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025, in McAlester, Oklahoma.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Brumley-Mills Chapel in McAlester with Pastor Jason Wilson officiating.

Wynema was born on May 31, 1939, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, to Kelly and Lovina (Harjo) Fixico. She was happily married to Billy Charles Williams, Sr. on April 15, 1961, in Talihina, Oklahoma. She was retired from the Hartshorne School District in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. She loved her children through her many years of service. Wynema was a past member of Dow Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Billy Williams, Jr. and wife Pam of Durant, Oklahoma, Teresa Williams-Norton of Dow, Oklahoma, Lora Williams-Hines and husband Matthew of Savanna, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Patrick Williams and wife Allison of Bethany, Oklahoma, Scott Williams and wife Cynthia of Edmond, Oklahoma, Rebekah Shirey and husband Adam of Ellicott City, Maryland, and Paige Norton of Sulphur, Oklahoma; great grandchildren, Piper and Nora Williams, Hubbell, Herschel, Lettie, and Lena Shirey.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Charles Williams, Sr.; parents, Kelly and Lovina (Harjo) Fixico; three brothers, Barney, Benjamin "Sonny", Billy Fixico; and a sister, Flora Emarthale.
