McAlester, Oklahoma - Robin Marie Kimble was born on October 23, 1982 at the Talihina Choctaw Hospital. She died on April 24, 2025 at her home in McAlester, Oklahoma.
Robin graduated from Savanna High School in 2000. As a child and teenager, she participated in rodeo's and playdays. She was active in showing goats and horses in 4-H and FFA. In FFA, she earned the " Star Greenhand" Award and State Farmer. Robin worked for many years as a licensed dental assistant for Dr. Aber, Dr. McIntosh, and the Choctaw Dental Clinic in Talihina. For the last 5 years, Robin has been a cashier at the Dollar Tree in McAlester. Robin was always cheerful, laughing and talking and full of fun. She never met a stranger.
Robin is survived by her three sons, Sawyer Kimble of the home, Heston Pollock and girlfriend Frankie of McAlester, and Colten Phillips of McAlester; mother, Cheryl Jean Winn and husband Shane; dad, Gary Kimble; brother, Curtis Shelton and wife Stephanie of McAlester; grandmothers, Florence (Tiny) Kimble of Talihina, Darlene Combs Winton of McAlester, and Rowletta Anderson of Yanush; aunts and uncles, Carol Dean Anderson, Kirk and Jerrie Anderson, Michael and Debbie Kennedy, Tabitha Huddleston; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family. Special friends; Holly Brown Dorsey, Ashley Grammar, Sissy Holt, Lindsey Snow, and Caitlyn Phillips.
Robin is preceded in passing by her "Pa" Tobe Anderson and step grandfather, Roy Dean Winton.
Pallbearers will be Heston Pollock, Colten Phillips, Brandon Kennedy, Randy Alberson, Curtis Shelton, and Kirk Anderson.
Honorary Pallbearers are Michael Kennedy, Dustin Pollock, Robert Taylor, Brandon Boatright, Blake Sturgeon, Shane Powell and Brian King.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 2nd, 2025 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina.
Services will be on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 at 2:00PM at Yanush Assembly of God Church with Bro. Justin Kirkes officiating. Burial will follow at Cupco Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service.
