McAlester, Oklahoma - Randy Eugene McClellan, 70, of McAlester, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025 in Clifton, Texas.

A viewing will be 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory.

A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2025 at Oak Hill Cemetery in McAlester, Oklahoma. Tarrant King will be officiating.

Pallbearers will be Brent Owens, Aidan Owens, Dennis Nelms, John Wayne Duke, Nate Owens, and Raymond Bogumill.

Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Armstrong, Lamar Armstrong, Philip Phillips, Jeremiah Phillips, Michael York.

Randy was born on February 12, 1954 to Bill and Juanita McClellan in Crowder, Oklahoma.

Randy attended school in Okmulgee and graduated from McAlester High School in 1972.

He joined the Air Force on October 20th 1975 until March 21st 1978.

Randy loved fast cars especially his Trans AM. He enjoyed playing independent basketball at the Stipe Center in McAlester with his uncle Larry. He will be deeply missed.

Randy is survived by his one sister, Deborah Jan Phillips and her husband, Philip; his nephews, Chris Phillips and Jeremiah Phillips both of McAlester; a niece, Heather Nelms and her husband, Dennis of Kingsher; aunt and uncle, Larry and Karen Armstrong of Eufaula; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Juanita McClellan; grandparents, Charlie and Cordia Armstrong; Grandparents, Henry and Virginia "Jenny" McClellan; along with other family members.
