Moore, Oklahoma - Pamela Raburn Allen, of Moore, passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 81. Pam was born on December 5, 1943, in McAlester, OK, to Peggy and Paul Raburn. She was a graduate of McAlester High School, Class of 1962. Pam and David were married on May 5, 1964. She was a devoted wife to David, her husband of 61 years. Pam and David took great pride and joy in spending time with their grandchildren and attending their sports activities. They recently celebrated the arrival of their first great-grandchild, Charlotte Allen—the first girl in the family! Pam served her community through her volunteer work at First Baptist Church in Moore, OK, and was a faithful and loving friend to all who knew her. Pam is survived by her husband, Jay David Allen; son, Aaron Jay Allen and wife Courtney; grandchildren, Austin and wife Briana, Blake, and Chase Allen; brother, Rodney Raburn and wife Cleta Ann; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws. She is preceded in death by her parents; and son, Lloyd Leroy Allen. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 2:00 pm, at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1300 E. Washington Ave., in McAlester, under the direction of John Ireland Funeral Home of Moore, OK.
