Christina attended Wilburton Public Schools graduating with honors in 1980. While in high school, she also enrolled at Eastern Oklahoma State College and then East Central University in Ada. Chris graduated with her DDS, Doctorate in Dental Surgery, from the University of Oklahoma's College of Dentistry in 1987. She set up her private practice in Tulsa in the partnership of the Harvard Dental Building. Her full practice served thousands of patients up until the day of her passing. Dr. Poor was proud to have also given her services freely to Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dental Services, a program that gives dental care to those in need. She was a dedicated healer, daughter, sister, aunt, colleague and friend. Chris is survived by: Father, Noble Ray Poor and his wife Anel; Mother, Claris Ann Chronister Poor; sister Rev. Dr. Shanna Warner & Mark Warner; sister Dr. Shelly Mencacci & Warren Mencacci; brother, Joshua Poor; nephew Mitch Mencacci & wife Sonja & their daughters Mia & Sophie; nephew Matt Jewell & wife McKenzy; and nephew Jake Mencacci.
