A.F.  Curtis
A.F. Curtis, age 78, a longtime Legal resident, passed away on January 1, 2020 at his home.
Celebration of Life services will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Kiowa Church of Christ, 19129 US-69 Kiowa, Oklahoma 74553
He was born on December 14, 1941 to Orville and Nora Blanche (Casey) Curtis in Ashland, OK.
A.F. attended & graduated from Ashland High School in 1960. He attended & graduated from Dallas IBM technical training school & later attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
He married Aloma Dell Shores in Legal, OK on August 25, 1961.
A.F. was the manager of student information for Oklahoma State University retiring after 34 years.
A.F. was a long time member of the Legal Church of Christ. He was the Secretary of Ashland Fire, member of the Ashland Cemetery Board, member of Ashland Home Coming Committee. He enjoyed hunting, playing music & singing.
He is survived by is wife, Aloma Dell Curtis of the home; sons, Anthony W. Curtis & wife Sharla, of Stillwater, OK, and Randy Curtis, of Moore, OK; grandchildren, Alison Baca & husband Joe, of Covington, OK, Zach Curtis, of Stillwater, OK, Audrey Curtis, of Stillwater, OK, Lilly Curtis, of Moore, OK and Jackson Curtis, of Moore, OK; great grandsons, Ryker Baca and Dylan Baca, both of Covington, OK; Along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & many dear and loved friends.
He was preceded in death by
Parents, Orville & Nora (Casey) Curtis; four sisters, Fern McCoy, Sammie Lee Dement, Ava Genell Walkup and Lucy Arvella Harrison
