Tony Skinner, passed away Monday. The family will greet friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Bishop Funeral Service. Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 25 at Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery.
