Wallace Lee "Wally" Ingram, 61, of Lehigh, died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016, near Wagoner.
Wally was born on Feb. 12, 1955, in Coronado, California, to Floyd Edward and Omogene (Corpier) Ingram. Wally was raised in McAlester and graduated from McAlester High School. He graduated from Rhema Bible College of Tulsa.
Wally married Lucinda Green on Aug. 11, 1975, in McAlester. Together they served as missionaries to Old Mexico and Belize for several years. Wally then pastored the Word of Life Church in Coalgate from 1991 to 2003, before retiring. He also worked as a meat cutter for several area grocery stores.
Wally enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his family.
He was currently attending the Word of Life Community Church in Lehigh.
Wally is survived by his mother, Omogene Ingram, of Bugtussle; wife, Lucinda Cindy (Green) Ingram, of the home; daughters, Jessica Estes and husband, Aaron, of Stratford, and Patra Bigelow and husband, Chris, of McAlester; grandchildren, Katelyn Estes, Sierra Bigelow, Alicia Bigelow, and Emily Orman and husband, David; brothers, Mike Ingram and wife, Betty, of Stuart, Ron Ingram and wife, Brenda, of McAlester, and Charles Ingram and wife, Cindy, of Fitzhugh, and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and other family members and friends.
Wally was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Edward Ingram.
The family will greet friends today, Dec. 28, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at New Beginnings Church in McAlester.
The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at New Beginnings Church officiated by the Rev. White. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery in McAlester.
Pallbearers will be Ron Ingram, Charles Ingram, Mike Ingram, Aaron Estes, Chris Bigelow and Benny Ingram.
Honorary pallbearer will be Tommy McFerran.
