Kimberlee Joyce Dodson, 34, of Newark, Arkansas, lost her battle with cancer on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017.
Born on Feb. 25, 1982, in Monticello, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Melinda Freeman and Kim Dodson.
She graduated from Southside High School with the Class of 2000, and studied accounting at UACCB.
Kimberlee was the "boss" at Independent Auto Sales in Batesville. She was loyal, honest, "sassy", determined, kindhearted, with a joyous spirit and a beautiful smile.
She had a zest for life and enjoyed fishing, camping, spending time and traveling with her family. Kimberlee loved her children and others and was loved by many. She put others first, had a "heart for God" and was steadfast in her faith.
She was a member of Believers Community Church in Batesville.
Survivors include her best friend, Gene Wickersham, of Newark, Arkansas; one son, Brycen Sutton; two daughters, Alyson Wickersham and Madison Wickersham; mother, Melinda Freeman, of Hot Springs, Arkansas; father, Kim Dodson and wife, Tina, of Pfeiffer, Arkansas; brother, Keith Dodson, of Batesville, Arkansas; step-sisters, Samantha Hill, of Cord, Arkansas, and Reva Hill, of Strawberry, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, James and Ellouise Freeman, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mom Betty and Papa Joe.
There will be a celebration of life at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at Believers Community Church with Brother David Insell and Brother Joe Insell officiating.
Burial will be at Blue Springs Cemetery at Newark under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at Believers Community Church prior to the service.
