Jerry Michael "Mike" Bullard, 66, of Jonesboro, Georgia, died March 30, 2017.
A native of McAlester, Mike was born on Nov. 28, 1950, the son of the late Doris Blackwell Bullard and James Gilbert Bullard Jr.
Mike was a singer/songwriter and musician. He liked fishing, hunting arrowheads, was a NASCAR fan, and loved his family, friends and dogs.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 39 years, Linda Cook Bullard; brothers-in-law, Wesley Fletcher and David Cook; sisters-in-law, Teresa Bullard Petrocek and Jane Cook; four nieces, Melissa Fletcher, Christie Wilson, Cindy Davis and Ivy Cook; five nephews, Jason Fletcher, Christopher Bullard, Joshua Bullard, Michael Bullard and Michael Fletcher; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Jackie Cook, and several aunts and many cousins.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m., prior to the service at the funeral home.
A memorial service for Mike will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home in Fayetteville, Georgia, with Dr. John Talley officiating.
