Todd Aaron Ball, 54, of Casa Grande, Arizona, formerly of McAlester, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, at Hillcrest Hospital in Henryetta.
Memorial services will be held Monday, Oct. 9, at 10 a.m. at Brumley-Mills Chapel with the Rev. Matt Judkins officiating.
Todd was born on Feb. 26, 1963, in Oklahoma City, to Tommy and Kaylen (Sutton) Ball. He grew up in McAlester and graduated from McAlester High School in 1981.
Todd then began his career in sales and worked for several different companies for a number of years.
He married Melissa Ann Guinn, and due to her work as a traveling nurse, they traveled around the country for her jobs, and Todd would go find any kind of work he could. Todd thoroughly enjoyed this time in his life as it gave him the opportunity to experience many different endeavors.
They eventually settled in Casa Grande, where Todd worked as a driller in the copper mines.
Todd loved to travel, especially going to flea markets. He also enjoyed fishing and restoring old stuff.
Todd is survived by his wife, Ann Ball, of the home; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Charles and Courtney Ball, and Damien Ball; a daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Chris Ross; grandchildren, David Frix, Emily Gaghins, Haley Alexis Frix, Gage Frix, Ally Ball, Gabby Ball, Olivia Ross, Tristen Ball, Thomas Ball and Tessa Ball; his parents, Tommy and Kaylen Ball; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Janie Dodd, and Nancy and Brian Giles; one niece and three nephews, Kolby Giles, Kaleb Dodd, Kyle Dodd and Brandon Giles, and two step-sons, John Frix and Matt Frix.
Todd was preceded in death by his grandparents, C.B. and Merle Sutton, and Olen and Owetah Ball, and a brother-in-law, Roy Dodd.
