Ann was born on August 10, 1928, in Hartshorne, to Emmett and Wynema (Sparks) Trueblood.
She is survived by her son, Benjamin Paul Choate III, and daughter-in-law, Kathleen Choate, and grandchildren, Aaron Choate, Sarah Choate, Miriam Larson, Michael Moore, Steven Moore, Elizabeth Vague and Isaiah Gibson. She also has 16 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild expected to come into the world this year.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheryl Moore, and her parents, Emmett and Wynema Trueblood.
Ann Trueblood Choate was a force of nature. She was independent, people-serving and extremely kind. She gave everything she could to those she loved without a second thought. Her family considered Ann the strongest woman they knew who taught people the value of loving life and all it has to offer. She taught them and those who knew her to look at everything God gave us and make the best of every bit of it. The family, and especially her grandchildren, felt so blessed to be related to her and they know they will never meet another woman that could teach them the value of life and love and God the way Ann did.
