Mike F. Belusko, 85, of Hartshorne, died Monday, February 12, 2018, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Monday, February 19, at Brumley-Mills Chapel in McAlester.
Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 20, at St. John Catholic Church in McAlester with Father Leonard Higgins officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Hartshorne. Arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.
Mike was born on September 13, 1932, in Hartshorne, to John C. and Anna (Duzranko) Belusko. He served in the United States Army, worked at the Hartshorne Post Office for 46 years and enjoyed his registered hereford cattle.
He was a longtime member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hartshorne and in recent years attended St. John Catholic Church in McAlester.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, John C. and Anna Belusko; sisters, Anne Lang, Margaret Sitter and JoAnn Belusko, and brothers, John Belusko and Joe Belusko.
Active pallbearers are Wesley Belusko, John E. Belusko, Frank Burch, Jake Roberts, Michael Martin and Brad Martin.
Honorary pallbearers are Jim Kurilko, J.W. Stephenson, Jim Key, B.B. Sabala, Ferman Sabala, Ted Evicks, Jerry Few, Tony Johnson and Adam Belusko.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice or Holy Rosary Cemetery Fund in Hartshorne.
