Izabella Rose Mendoza, infant daughter of Beto and Lauren Nicole (Howard) Mendoza, died Monday, June 11, 2018, at Choctaw Nation Hospital in Talihina. Izabella weighed 6 and a half pounds and was 19 and one-half inches in length.
The family will greet friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bishop Funeral Service.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 15, at Bishop Chapel of Memories officiated by Pastor Terren Anderson. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in McAlester.
Izabella is survived by her parents, Beto and Lauren Mendoza, of the home; brother, Izaiah Wood, of Shawnee; sister, Gabi Mendoza, of the home; paternal grandparents, Bartola and Lupe Mendoza, of Mexico; maternal grandmother and grandfather, Jamie and Rocky Ragan, of McAlester; maternal grandfather, Brad Inman, of McAlester; maternal great- grandmother, Nelda Inman, of McAlester, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
Izabella was preceded in death by her maternal great grandfather, Jack Inman, and maternal great-grandparents, Herb and Lindae Martin.
