Although Chester was with us here at MCN for a short time he made a lasting impression on all of us. He loved to talk to me about his family and the peppers he had grown and how HOT they were. He will be truly missed by all of us here at MCN CFSA.

Kim & Tyler - so very sorry for your loss. Chester was so very friendly and kindhearted and I loved the stories he shared in the short times I've been with you. I appreciate the friendship he and you all have with my parents. Thinking of you during this extremely difficult time.

I am so heartbroken over this loss. Chester was a good person even evident from his youth. Reading over his accomplishments and accolades there were many, not to mention all of the folks he impacted during his time with us. We were friends in high school and until our 30th reunion I had not seen him in years. At that reunion, everyone feeling older and out of step he came across the room, gave me a big hug and told me how much he had missed me. He reacted to everyone that way, ALWAYS accepting and ALWAYS welcoming. As we caught up he humbly accounted for the years gone by, his most proud accomplishments being HOW WELL HE MARRIED, and WHAT A GREAT KID he had. This life was full and he ...lived it well. There is not a doubt in my mind that God welcomed him JOYFULLY commending him on using his time, talent and energy to COMPLETE EXHAUSTION. I saw he and Kim recently at our 35th reunion just last fall. We had greeted eachother and everyone enjoyed the evening. As my husband and I made it to the door to leave that evening I looked back at the room. Chester and Kim were sitting at a table in the middle of the room. As we only got to see eachother every 5 years I made it a point to go back in and hug them and say goodbye. I had NO IDEA, but am thankful for that moment in time. It is so important to LOVE, ACCEPT OTHERS where they are, and NEVER ignore that still small voice that suggest you go the extra mile. He believed it, he lived it, in his honor I will walk according to his STELLAR example. All my love to you Kim and Tyler, we are lifting you up in prayer, asking for peace and comfort to accompany you in the coming days, and again REJOICING for a LIFE WELL LIVED!!Read more

Chester was very much our family. We spent most of our waking hours with him, forging special bonds of trust and friendship. He was the perfect fit for the child protective services team at Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Our hearts are sad and we miss him terribly. Much love to Kim and Tyler, from all of us at Children and Family Services.
