Bobby Lee Pogue, 79, died February 7, 2018, in Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren by his side.
A graveside service will be held today, February 11, at 1 p.m. in Center Ridge Cemetery in Graham.
Bobby was born on September 5, 1938, in Dow, to Tom and Retha James Pogue.
He served three years in the National Guard and then another year and a half in the United States Army.
He married the love of his life, Linda Faye Kee, on August 28, 1965, in El Reno, and they enjoyed 52 years together.
Bobby retired from Hexcel Corporation. He and Linda lived on Lake Graham where he spent a great deal of time fishing. He loved to travel and spend time with his family. Bobby was known for his practical jokes and making people laugh.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Linda, and three daughters and sons-in-law, Carla and Chris Lynch, of Graham, Texas, Brenda and Charles Bishop, of Tuscola, Texas, and Misty and Steven Shook, of Graham, Texas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Janice, Joy, Jayme, Adam, Chelsie, Brad, Chase, Seth, Hope and Gabe. And 11 great-grandchildren. Bobby is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Sandra Pogue Oliver; his parents; one sister, Doreen Zozula, and two brothers, Thomas and Leon Pogue.
